GENERAL CONDITIONS

The products purchased on www.lequilibriste.it are sold exclusively by L'Équilibriste srls. The general conditions of sale may undergo periodic updates, those published on this site and accepted at the time of check-out are considered binding.

AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT

The products of L'équilibriste can only be purchased on www.lequilibriste.it.

If, due to the simultaneous purchase by multiple users, the product is no longer available, an e-mail will be sent to cancel the order with the simultaneous refund of the amount paid for the purchase.

Furthermore, some products may be temporarily terminated, but already in production so it is possible to proceed with the purchase. In this case, however, the times for shipping the goods may be longer. In any case, these products are indicated to the customer with a special banner placed on the product page.

ORDERS

The execution of the purchase order implies the knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.

PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The following payment methods are accepted:

• VISA credit card
• MasterCard
• Amen

SHIPPING METHODS

The product will be shipped as soon as your order is ready. From the moment of the order you will be sent an e-mail from DHL with the shipping code useful for monitoring the product during transport.

Based on the total value of the order, there may be special promotions.

DELIVERY TIME

Normally shipments are made the next working day after the order, but the delivery for the products could take up to 14 working days from the moment of payment depending by the destination.

For working days for delivery purposes, we mean from Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

If the products do not satisfy you can request a return or exchange.

The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

• Customized products, being created at the explicit request of the customer and with specific characteristics, cannot be refunded for any reason.
• The purchased goods can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returns made after the deadline indicated can only be accepted at the discretion of L'Equilibriste.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
• The shipping cost and taxes will not be paid back in cas of return, but only the total value of the goods.

To carry out the return procedure or the size change it is necessary to send an email to amministrazione@lequilibriste.it indicating the following information:

• Order ID
• First name
• Last name
• E-mail
• Indicate the reason for the return
• In case of size change indicate the new size
• Possible notes

Shipping cost may be applied for international returns
